I have been out for three runs since completing London. The first time was in Italy, while we were there to see friends. Well, more a little jog/walk actually. It is very hilly where they live, and it was my first time out - but I did it, and I discovered that I do still have legs!
Then, when we got back to Pearly Beach, I went out on Friday and this morning. 5km only both times, but it was good to get out. I can't do with being stuck inside all the time. I need to 'get out' occasionally!
I am hoping not to lose too much 'fitness' as it seems such a waste to have built up to running a marathon, and then not doing anything afterwards. I don't know what I want to do next as yet, but I hope to carry on running.
We'll see...
you could mix running with walking and cycling ! thats what i do xx
